These terms apply to this website (buzzyto.com) and any apps we publish under the name Buzzyto OÜ. If you have a signed contract with us for client work, that contract takes precedence.

You can read, link to, and quote anything on this site. You can't scrape it for AI training without asking us first. You can't use our name, logo, or product names to imply endorsement.

The site is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it accurate and online, but we don't guarantee either.

Our apps come with their own end-user license, shown on first launch. Read it. Where there's a conflict, the in-app license wins for app usage.

We update apps for security and stability. We may discontinue an app with reasonable notice - usually at least 90 days, unless we're forced to act faster (e.g. a critical vulnerability).

To the extent the law allows: our liability for anything related to this site or our free apps is capped at €100. For paid client work, liability is governed by the project contract.

Nothing here limits liability for things that legally can't be limited (gross negligence, willful misconduct, consumer rights, etc.).

Estonian law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Tallinn, unless mandatory consumer law sends them somewhere else.

We may update these terms. Material changes get a 30-day notice on this page before they take effect.
