Depends on scope. We work in fixed-price phases - every engagement starts with a short scoping call so we can give you a real number, not a guess. Get in touch and we'll talk through it.

Rarely, and only with founders we've worked with before. By default we charge cash. It keeps the relationship clean and means we have to actually deliver - not just be optimistic about the future.

Yes, within reason. We're EET and overlap fine with all of Europe and US East Coast mornings. For US West, we'll set 2-3 fixed sync windows per week and run async the rest.

Not right now. We grow when a specific need comes up, not on a schedule. If you're a sharp mobile engineer or product designer in the EU, send a note anyway - we keep a short list.
