Who we are
Buzzyto OÜ (Reg. 17484090) is the data controller for this website and any apps we publish. You can reach us at office@buzzyto.com.
We're based at Vesivärava tn 50-201, 10152 Tallinn, Estonia.
What we collect, and why
From this website: if you fill out the contact form, we collect your name, email, optional company, and what you wrote. That's it. We use it to reply.
From our apps: only what we say up front in the in-app privacy notice and the Play Store / App Store listing. No silent telemetry.
Standard server logs: our hosting provider keeps short-term logs (IP, user agent, request URL) for security and abuse prevention. Rotated within 14 days.
What we don't do
- We don't sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers.
- We don't run ad-tracking pixels (no Meta Pixel, no Google Ads tag, no LinkedIn Insight) on this site.
- We don't profile you across sites.
- We don't use your contact form message to train any model.
Where data lives, and for how long
Contact form messages are forwarded to our private team channel and kept in our inbox until we archive them - typically 12 months after the last reply.

If you ask us to delete your data, we'll do it within 30 days, except where law requires us to keep something (e.g. invoicing records: 7 years per Estonian accounting law).
Your rights (GDPR)
You can ask us to:
- Show you what we have about you (right of access)
- Fix or update it (rectification)
- Delete it (erasure, with the legal exceptions noted above)
- Stop processing it (restriction / objection)
- Hand it over in a portable format (data portability)
Email office@buzzyto.com. We'll reply within 30 days. If you're unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (AKI).
Changes
If we change this policy materially, we'll bump the "last updated" date and, where the change matters to you, send a note to anyone who's emailed us in the last year.
